In order to effectively accommodate all of our guests, PLEASE be respectful of our scheduling etiquette. 48 hour notice is REQUIRED to cancel or reschedule your appointment (if no notice is given, a fee will be charged). If you have a Tuesday appointment, please call us the Saturday before by 1pm to modify/cancel your appointment. Please notify us in advance if you will be changing your requested service.

Due to the increase cost of supplies and materials, some services will have a price increase.
Policies and Procedures
- All new guests will be required to put a credit card on file to reserve an appointment.
- A $25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to make hair color appointments.
- "No Call/No Show" appointments will be charged 50% of their total service amount.
- We have the right to refuse any client or service request if it will negatively affect a person’s safety, health, or quality of service.
- There is a one-week time limit for any re-service.
- No refunds will be distributed without proper professional reassessment of the hair.
- There may be an additional charge added to any service based on the client’s hair length, texture, or time needed to complete the service.
- Wedding Parties, Birthday Parties, and Customized Hair Request may require nonrefundable deposit.
- FULL payment is expected upon completion of service.
- We DO NOT hold checks. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- For the safety of our staff and guests, we will continue to wear masks in the salon at all times.
